Allan L. Wolf, CPA
Allan L. Wolf is a principal with Sax Macy Fromm & Co. and has been practicing in the fields of taxation and auditing since 1963. Allan has extensive experience in corporate and individual tax, forensic accounting, and estate and trust tax planning.
Over the past 20 years, Allan has earned a reputation as an expert in forensic accounting. He has appeared as an expert witness and given testimony before Superior Courts in Litchfield County Connecticut, and Bergen, Morris, and Passaic Counties in New Jersey. Allan has lectured before various professional groups on tax and auditing topics and has appeared as a guest on local cable television and radio programs presenting a forum of tax experts. He frequently lectures to the not-for-profit sector on accounting and tax issues confronting the industry.
A certified public accountant in New Jersey and New York, Allan earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson
University. Allan is past Chairman of the Board of the North Jersey
Regional Chamber of Commerce; past Chairman of the Board of the North
Jersey Regional Development Council, a scholarship foundation; and Past
Vice President of the Executive Board of the Passaic Valley Division
of the American Heart Association. Allan was a member of the Professional
Conduct and Ethics Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified
Public Accountants for many years and is Chairman of the Board of the
Academy of Finance at
Passaic County Technical School.
