Lawrence M. Gradzki, CPA, JD, LLM
Lawrence Gradzki has been a principal with Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC (SMF) since 1993. At SMF, Larry is the Director of Business Tax services, which encompasses tax services to corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, and their owners. His experience includes involvement in and structuring of sophisticated tax transactions such as tax deferred exchanges, corporate reorganizations, and sales and acquisitions of businesses.
Larry is a recognized expert on tax planning for closely held businesses and high wealth individuals. In addition to his business tax expertise, Larry has extensive experience in the estate and trust arena. Larry maintains a broad knowledge of today's tax issues and is a frequent lecturer on business and individual taxation.
In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Larry is a licensed New Jersey attorney with a Master of Laws degree in Taxation.
He is the past Chairman of the Board of the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
