Marc Blumenthal, CPA
Marc Blumenthal has been a principal with Sax Macy Fromm for more than 25 years and serves as the Firm's Director of Taxation. The focus of his practice is working with closely held businesses and conducting business planning with a special emphasis in the distribution, manufacturing, and service industries. He has extensive experience consulting in the areas of strategic planning, development of business plans, succession planning, and the sales and acquisitions of businesses.
Marc frequently speaks about a variety of management consulting topics to local business and community groups and has been published numerous times. Marc is a certified public accountant and a member of Garden State Credit Associates, New Jersey Business Network, the Advisory Council of Bank of America, the Advisory Board of Interchange Bank, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
