Marc Blumenthal, CPA
Marc Blumenthal has been a principal with Sax Macy Fromm for more than 25 years. The focus of his practice is working with closely held businesses with a special emphasis in the distribution, manufacturing, and service industries. He has extensive experience consulting in the areas of strategic planning, development of business plans, succession planning, and the sales and acquisitions of businesses.
Marc frequently speaks about a variety of management consulting topics to local business and community groups and has been published numerous times. Marc is a certified public accountant and a member of New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also an active member of business organizations and the chairman of the Financial Managers Forum, a group focused on the professional development and critical business issues.
