Michael Shenker, MBA, CPA/PFS
Michael Shenker has been a principal with Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC (SMF) since 1987. Michael currently heads up the firm’s financial services affiliate, SMF Financial Advisors LLC. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services field, Michael’s expertise includes investment management, portfolio design, estate and income tax planning, and retirement planning. Michael works with clients to help them identify their financial goals and assists them in developing a comprehensive plan.
Michael is a frequent speaker on the topic of passive asset class investing and its role in a well balanced investment portfolio.
Michael has an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers University.
Michael is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He holds a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation from the AICPA and is a member of the NJSCPA Personal Financial Planning Committee.
