Litigation / Business Valuation Practitioner

We are currently seeking an Litigation / Business Valuation Practitioner to join our firm;
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with litigation team in developing and assisting with the litigation and business valuation practice.
- Assist in planning and completing various valuation / litigation projects.
- Assist litigation partners/directors in the following areas: - matrimonial disputes and settlements; - research; - analyzing
historical balance sheets and income statements; - client information requests and; - deposition/testimony preparation
Requirements:
Individual must;
- Have a Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA designation a plus!
- Have 2+ years recent public accounting experience working in the litigation/business valuation area
- Have a basic understanding of accounting principles
- Have strong verbal, written and analytical skills
- Demonstrate teamwork and be proactive
- Have strong attention to detail and be able to "think outside the box"
- Be proficient in MS Word and Excel and tax programs
- Be able to work overtime during tax season (mid-January through April 15th) as well as on an "as needs basis" outside of tax season
