Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC, one of New Jersey’s largest single-office accounting and consulting firms, is proud to announce that Shelley A. Brown, MBA, CPA/ABV, CVA, CFF, a Director in SMF's Litigation Services Group, has been selected as an instructor For the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Ms. Brown will begin to provide instruction in the fall on the topic Advanced Techniques for Exceptional Report Writing. The focus of the course will be on complying with the Statement on Standards for Valuation Services, the Federal Rules of Evidence, and USPAP.

Shelley Brown is the Director of Forensic and Valuation and has more than 10 years of experience providing business consulting services to the legal community on fraud investigation, marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, white collar crime, and other legal matters. Shelley has been certified as an expert witness in Morris, Hudson, Passaic, Essex, and Middlesex counties, serves as a joint expert witness in various litigation consulting matters, and has been court appointed in matrimonial matters to perform business valuations in Union, Hudson, and Morris counties.
